What it does

Juvéderm® contains hyaluronic acid - a substance that occurs naturally in the body. The treatment fills wrinkles and gently replaces what skin has lost over time. Juvéderm® also contains Lidocaine, a built-in local anaesthetic that makes the process a more comfortable experience.

Before your Treatment

Before your treatment you will have a consultation where we will answer all your questions and assess you to make sure the treatment is suitable for you.

As with all cosmetic treatments, results can be different in different people. We will discuss what results you can expect to see and advise you on repeat treatments that will be suitable for you.

The Treatment

Dermal filler treatments are usually very quick and effective. The procedure usually takes around 15 minutes but it can take longer depending on which areas are treated.

You may experience some redness and swelling following treatment. This usually subsides after a few hours and the results can be seen instantly.

How Long Will the Results Last?

A dermal filler treatment usually lasts for around 6-9 months. The effects are long lasting, but not permanent.
