Practice Payment Policy

It is our policy to give you full information about the cost of your dental work before any treatment is undertaken
A written estimate and treatment plan will be provided for all dental treatment that requires more than one visit.
You may pay for your dental care by cheque, cash or credit/debit card.
You may join the Smile Studio Penarth Patient Membership Scheme which provides exclusive benefits and discounts and is tailored to ensure your dental care is tailored to meet your personal needs. There is also an Interest Free Payment Plan to help you spread the cost of your treatment*subject to status. Please ask our receptionist for further information.
We try to make payment as straightforward as possible. Our normal policy is that you are requested to pay for the treatment that you receive at each visit.
A practice receipt will be given.
